Rococo 25C Symphonion
Circa 1890-1910
Made in Germany
A very nice quality Symphonion Rococo disc music box made by Symphonion of Leipzig, Germany in c. 1895. The movement features twin combs and is wound by a winding handle to the right hand side of the case, and plays with a very nice sound. The case is highly attractive with billowing rococo curlicues and a pair of dancing figures to the lid, as well as a coloured print to the interior. This music box comes with a selection of 15 discs size 11 3/4” / 30cm diameter. Width: 20" / 51 cm Height 16" / 41cm Depth: 12" / 31cm
